I found this guy (Johnny Knuckles) from this guy (Scottish Tanker Hooligans).
Johnny is talking about Price, Speed, Quality:
In the first place, allowing your client to decide how you do your job is wrong.
Second, it doesn’t do yours client any good.Rather, it’s up to you to pick two:
Speed and Quality. Price will take care of itself. Can’t attract clients at the price you want?
Then either speed up without lowering quality or raise your quality without slowing the process.
Or do both.
What can I say, a man after my own heart.
