Holy Crap

UPDATE: with links to story and video

I walked down to see it after getting home from work and it's really amazing that the two people lived through it. Most of the debree went behind to the open "park" area behind the house but there were a couple windows and lots of glass across the street. Neither house on either side of it were really damaged, the one house's siding was melted from the fire, but otherwise no damage.

Mr Weenie got pictures, but used the camera with the film instead of the digital. He said he didn't know how to use it.

Mr Weenie just called and said to get to a news station (he's on vacation)...

The house 4 doors down from us just exploded.

He said he felt the explosion and thought our roof was caving in, he said the whole house shook.

He said there are fire trucks and police all over the place.

2 people were inside but got out / were pulled out and are alive. The kids were at school.

WOW! I'm glad the people got out! I hate when stuff like that happens; it's just too close.

Dang... I knew you all hated losin', but I never thought it'd get to the point where you blowed up your own house over it.

Crap, down here, couches get burnt and cars get tipped. And y'all make fun of us.

You gonna send me a set of keys, or make me call a "Delay of Game" on you? ;)

Uh, now that your "puppies" have a blog, do I get to play there too?... heheheheh... didn't think so. ;)

Holy Crap! I tracked down the video on that, and good got-almighty, that is one blowed up, no, down, house. I'll be damned if I know how the two folks got out.

I'll give you a time out... go help if you need to. We can resume later.

Wow! I'm very glad they got out alive!!!! I'm also glad your place wasn't right next door. I hope your puppies are okay and they weren't effected by the loud noise.
