Why is it only now that people are calling for penalities to China and bans and firing of US Product Safety Chairpeople when childrens toys are involved but there was narely a screech from citizens when thousands of dogs died from poisioned dog food?

I think I remember saying that nothing would be done about China's product safety issues until kids were involved.
