Does anybody know when you fill out the Family Medical Leave paperwork does the company get some kind of credit or anything like that from the government?
Posted by Quality Weenie at July 30, 2007 01:42 PM | TrackBackI'm not sure what you mean by "credit". I've done FMLA twice (when DH was undergoing chemo as back up protection). I wound up using it once for myself and once for him.
The general rules are more than 100 employees and paperwork that has to be filled and signed by the doctor. Other than that, pretty straightforward.
