Toyota Motor Corp. is considering expanding its manufacturing capacity in North America and is currently reviewing sites, spokesman Dan Sieger said on Thursday."We are looking at sites," he said, but declined to reveal details.
They just opened a new Truck Plant in Texas in 2006.
You can almost follow the progress of Toyota's dimise as they follow in the foot steps of what is causing the American Auto Makers problems right now.

Posted by: jimmyb at January 4, 2007 05:37 PMI like those full size Tacoma trucks... but I don't think I'd buy one new. Well, hell, to be honest, I ain't buyin' anything new, but I'd still probably go with Chevy or Dodge. I just ain't a "Ford Man"...
Somethin' else came to mind while I was reading that post... You wonder if they're not doin' some of this to try to win friends and influence people since they're gettin' into NASCAR...
Posted by: RedNeck at January 4, 2007 06:26 PMI have heard that Toyota is trying to break into the Redneck, I mean NASCAR market.
