North American Car & Truck Of The Year Nominees

In January is the North American International Auto Show, a very huge show in the auto industry and it is also when they name the Car and Truck of the Year.

The North American Car and Truck of the year finalists have been named. And jurors on the panel-including TCC publisher Paul Eisenstein-will be voting on the following for the January awards, which will be handed out at the Detroit auto show and which were dominated by the Honda Civic and Ridgeline last year:

Car of the Year Nominees

Chrysler Sebring
Dodge Caliber
Honda Fit
Infiniti G35
Jaguar XK/XKR
Lexus LS460
Mercedes S-Class
Nissan Altima
Nissan Versa
Saturn Aura
Toyota Camry

Truck of the Year

Acura MDX
Acura RDX
Audi Q7
BMW X5
Chevrolet Tahoe/Suburban
Chevrolet Silverado
Dodge Nitro
Ford Edge
GMC Acadia
Honda CR-V
Hyundai Santa Fe
Jeep Wrangler
Mazda CX-7
Saturn Vue Green Line
Toyota FJ Cruiser

Who I think should get it is Dodge Caliber or Saturn Aura and Dodge Nitro.

But of course it will probably the very vanilla, not much different looking from last years is the all new Toyota Camry and probably something from Toyota or Honda for the trucks.

I can not believe Honda got it last year with the Ridgeline. That thing is selling and always was selling so poorly they cut production 3 times on that thing.
